• merSETA (Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Services Sector)
  
• CHIETA (Chemical Sector)
  
• BANKSETA (Banking and Micro Fanance Sector)

The merSETA Training Voucher Project

The Merseta SMME Training Voucher System allows SMME’s for up to R100,000 per company. SMME’s within Merseta with 1-149 employees are eligible to access these vouchers to training their employees in any of the courses listed on the merSETA Voucher Training Website. SMME’s who are exempt from paying levy require Tax Certificate and must be registered with Merseta.

If you meet the following criteria, you can choose to attend the programmes listed below:

• Do you employ less than 149 staff members?
• Is your company registered with the merSETA and up to date with skills development levy payments?
• Are you an SMME who is exempted from paying the skills development levy but registered with merSETA or in the manufacturing, engineering and related services sector?

 The CHIETA Training Voucher Project

The CHIETA has two types of training vouchers to select from:

• CHIETA Assessor / Moderator and Facilitator Vouchers
• CHIETA SME Training Vouchers
  

The CHIETA Assessor / Moderator / Facilitator Vouchers is open to CHIETA Accredited Providers: small companies (1-49 employees), medium companies (50-149 employees) and large companies (150 and more employees). Companies are entitled to train a maximum of:

• Small Companies: 2 employees
• Medium Companies: 5 employees
• Large Companies: 10 employees

The following amounts are applicable:

• Over R24,000 worth of fully funded training vouchers for small companies (with 1-49 employees)
• Over R60,000 worth of fully funded training vouchers for medium companies (with 50-149 employees)
• Over R120,000 worth of fully funded training vouchers for large companies (with over 150 employees)

The project is funded by the CHIETA and aims to support skills development and life long learning culture in the chemical sector. If you meet the following criteria, you can choose to attend the programmes listed below:

• Are you a small, medium or large company CHIETA Accredited Provider?

• A) R13,000 (comapnies employing 1-10 employees)
• B) R26,000 (comapnies employing 11-20 employees)
• C) R39,000 (comapnies employing 21-49 employees) 

• Are you an SME company employing less than 50 employees?
• Is your company registered with the CHIETA and up to date with skills development levy pyments?
• Are you an SME who is exempted from paying the skills development levy but registered with CHIETA or in the chemical sector?

The BANKSETA Training Voucher Project

R15,000 worth of training vouchers for you and your staff - at no cost to you!

The intention of this project is to increase the investment in training and developement by small companies through a training voucher scheme.

The BANKSETA SME training voucher is limited to R15,000.00 (VAT) inclusive per SME company.

 The project is funded by the BankSETA and aims to support SMME development in the banking and micro finance sector. If you meet the following criteria, you can choose from the programmes listed below:

• Do you employ less than 50 staff members?
• Is your company registered with the BankSETA and up to date with 2009/10 skills development processes?
• If you are a BankSETA levy payer, are your levies paid up to date
